Hi, I just updated SC to version 2188 yesterday. One of my windows containing Numbers Chart and Market Depth Historical Graph study turned completely Black (BLANK). At first I thought it was to do with some of my own custom indicators. But this was not the case since I have started a clean new window and display a Numbers Chart and it worked. Then I applied the Market Depth Historical Graph Study, the whole chart then went blank. The menu of this chart windows no longer responded to any mouse clicks. I can't do anything with this window except to close it. Can you please check if this is the case at your side? I have had no problem with my numbers chart prior to the update to 2188. Thanks.

Hi, just another update on this Market Depth Historical Graph problem. After I found it is working again on a couple of my chartbooks (symbols) after the update to 2189. As I continued to try to re-apply this study to my other symbols that I am using for trading, I found 4 Futures symbols (GC, HG, 6B, 6E) out of the 8 Futures didn't work. I got the BLANK Windows again as before when I applied this single study. My other 4 symbols worked (MES, NG 6C, 6J). So I really don't know why!

I have also tried saving the studies that worked on the other symbols as a study collection. When I applied this study collection to the chart with this 4 symbols (GC, HG, 6B, 6E), I got BLANK windows again. But if I apply the collection on the other 4 symbols that worked before by adding the study individually, they still work as expected.

Please attach the Chartbook that contains the chart with the symbol HGZ20_FUT_COMEX that is referenced in the Message Log you provided.

The problem is that you got an Exception error, but we do not know why.

Hi, here is the Chartbook. The issue is with chart #2. Currently the Market Depth Historical Graph study is not attached to it. When you apply the study you will get the Exception Error.

Under your main Sierra Chart installation folder we need you to go down 2 levels to the following folder Data >> MarketDepthData. In that folder you should have a file named HGZ20_FUT_COMEX.2020-10-30.depth. Right click on that file and select Send To >> Compressed (zipped) Folder. It will create a file for you with the extension .zip.

Do this same thing for HGZ20_FUT_COMEX.2020-10-29 and HGZ20_FUT_COMEX.2020-10-28.

Please then attach those .zip files to this thread.
