Under your main Sierra Chart installation folder we need you to go down 2 levels to the following folder Data >> MarketDepthData. In that folder you should have a file named HGZ20_FUT_COMEX.2020-10-30.depth. Right click on that file and select Send To >> Compressed (zipped) Folder. It will create a file for you with the extension .zip. Do this same thing for HGZ20_FUT_COMEX.2020-10-29 and HGZ20_FUT_COMEX.2020-10-28. Please then attach those .zip files to this thread.
