So I'm using this indicator and it's fantastic. However it seems to only display orders that are VERY close to the current price and therefore doesn't display any large resting orders a couple of points above/below the current price. I've played around with the settings and just can't figure out how to display more levels. Any ideas? I've posted a 1 min chart but it's the same on larger time frames. Have also attached the settings which shows maximum levels to display is set to 0. Doesn't seem to work though. Any help gratefully received, Bootsy |

You do have things set in a way that other levels should be showing, but it could be related to the coloring options that you have selected, as we cannot see those. We want you to select In Bars for the Show Quantity Numbers and enter a value of 1 in the Use Secondary Numbers Color For Quantities Greater Than. This will then show the quantities as red numbers and will give you a better view of exactly how many levels are being displayed, regardless of coloring. If you are still not seeing all the levels, then refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi there, Many apologies I thought I had solved this but I went back to your instructions again and found the 'in bars' section of your advice. I have set everything as per the "Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels" instucctions. I have now done the 'In Bars' instructions and the screenshots are what I see. As you can see, the ES market depth levels are quite close to the price still-is this what they're supposed to look like and these are the maximum levels? on the ES attachment there don't seem to be many displayed above price. And then on the ES1 attachment, as price drops, the large zone of orders below price should be expanding lower as price falls but they stay fixed in a line. As do the orders above on attachment ES3?! Am a bit baffled! |

Here is the screenshot ES2 that is mentioned above. Could not attach due to attachment limits.

Here you go, thanks very much. It does look like there are more levels than before but am not too sure as changed all the settings as originally advised.

The only thing we see is that you have your Maximum Levels to Display set to 85. If you want to see all of the data, then set this to 0. Let us know if that resolves your issue or if there is still something else going on.
