You do have things set in a way that other levels should be showing, but it could be related to the coloring options that you have selected, as we cannot see those. We want you to select In Bars for the Show Quantity Numbers and enter a value of 1 in the Use Secondary Numbers Color For Quantities Greater Than. This will then show the quantities as red numbers and will give you a better view of exactly how many levels are being displayed, regardless of coloring.
