I signed on to my live account yesterday after signing up for Denali real time CME data. Everything worked. I only want to use the live account to fulfill the once a month requirement.
Today upon opening Sierra the data is delayed after I open it under the SC Data- all services. The service setting is Intraday Download Interval for non-real... ; and the value is 10.
How do I get the realtime back without using the live account?

UPDATE:
SC updated me to connect to a live trading account so I'll stay with that setup. I'm connected to the live AMP account, but the data for CL & GC as described above is delayed by 10 min.

The reason those particular symbols are delayed is because you are not signed up to receive live data for those exchanges (NYMEX and COMEX). Right now, you have only the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, so you only have real-time data from the CME exchange itself.

If you want to have the NYMEX and COMEX, then it is cheaper to go with the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts as this is $31.20 per month, which is the same as if you did three separate, but then you also get the CBOT.

Just be aware that exchange fees are not refundable, nor are they pro-rated, so you will need to think about what you want to do now versus waiting for the next month. For example, if you did enable the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts today (October 15, 2020), you would be charged the full $31.20 just for the rest of October.

Please activate the CME group as you described. Beginning immediately. Thanks.

We have set the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts to not renew next month. And we have enabled the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts starting immediately. You will now be able to get data for all the symbols that are traded on the CME Group.

Note that $31.20 has been deducted from your Account Balance to pay for the remainder of October for the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. On November 1, 2020 you will be billed another $31.20 to continue that exchange (along with the $20.00 fee for the data feed itself).
