I signed on to my live account yesterday after signing up for Denali real time CME data. Everything worked. I only want to use the live account to fulfill the once a month requirement. Today upon opening Sierra the data is delayed after I open it under the SC Data- all services. The service setting is Intraday Download Interval for non-real... ; and the value is 10. How do I get the realtime back without using the live account? |
