Hi,

I have problems loading NQ charts, CPU Froze, the windows close button become red, and after a while things return to normal. I use the same charts for ES and GC, an there is no problem. why the problems is only with NQ

I appreciate your help with this issue, what can I do to solve the problem with NQ. I've already compressed data for quick loading, other markets doesn't have this problem.

Thanks.

There is no basic reason for why you would have any issues with NQ over another symbol. The first thing to do is to run in Safe Mode and see if you continue to have a problem with the NQ. If you do not have a problem, then this would point to a 3rd party study that you have that is causing the issue. Refer to the following for how to run in Safe Mode:

Another thing to do is to remove the studies from that NQ chart. The issue could be related to the studies.

Best thing to do is to close all your Chartbook's and just open a new NQ chart through this command:
File Menu: New/Open Intraday Chart (File)

And see if you have a problem:

Hi,
Thanks for the answer.
I check Safe Mode, and there was not problem.

I think the indicator with the problem is ECIVwapV1.5.

What can I do?

Thanks.

Chuser)
ECIVwapV1.5
is perhaps the most used study from usercontributed studies, could you please write what version of Sierrachart do you have? Because if that is the case, many users would soon have a similar problem.

We do not know why there would be a problem with that study. We will rebuild the User Contributed Studies but if there still is issue the original developer of that study will need to look into this.
