It seems every morning after the open at 8:30am CT, my Sierra chart, DOM, time and sale pause for 1.5 minutes before resuming again. This is affecting my trading. Is there issue with Sierra Chart backend? I can provide video if support need to see it. Thanks

In testing, we finally have observed the scenario and we are further isolating the problem. Although we have not seen a long-duration like 1.5 minutes.

We want you to update to prerelease 2173. Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure you update to the pre-release.

It supports data compression which will definitely help:
Denali Data Feed Compression Available

Let us know if you continue to see the issue.

Sorry, I had to cancel service and switch back to CQG. I thought I would get until the end of the month but datafeed with denali has stopped working when I canceled service. If there was a way for you to get me demo denali service, I would be happy to test. If this get fixed I would come back to get service again but at this point it's affecting my trading so I had to switch over.

Whatever the remaining outstanding item is that is leading to this, we expect that it is probably resolved or will be identified and resolved tomorrow.

We are quite sure at this point based on further testing and feedback, that the issue is resolved. You still have access to the Denali data feed now.

Are using CQG with Sierra Chart? You can still use your Sierra Chart account and Sierra Chart installation to test the data feed.

Let us know if you need help with that. You just need to use the Sierra Chart order routing service:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions

You can also install another installation of Sierra Chart following the instructions here:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

Open a chart for a CME futures symbol that you are trading and you will have the data and you can monitor it.

You can then verify the issue is resolved.
