Loading issues

Hi,

The platform has been getting stuck at 99% loading during initial chartbook startups. It hangs for a long while and then will complete its load. This only started happening recently. Additionally, I noticed it would get frozen in loading when I select "Show Orders." In all cases the platform completes loading without fail, but the delay it very extended.

There are a number of factors that can impact the loading time, especially if you have Market Depth data that needs to be loaded and displayed.

Let us know exactly what the message is when it is stuck at 99% (this will tell us what file it is trying to read). Also, how long is the wait that you are encountering?
