Hi, The platform has been getting stuck at 99% loading during initial chartbook startups. It hangs for a long while and then will complete its load. This only started happening recently. Additionally, I noticed it would get frozen in loading when I select "Show Orders." In all cases the platform completes loading without fail, but the delay it very extended. Thanks |
