How do I access TPO Profile chart/Market Profile chart

I just downloaded SierraChart free trail. How do I access TPO Profile chart and what do I need to do have real time exchange data feed and avoid paying exchange fees (non-professional trader) for market data, US equities for non-professional exchange? Which one will include real-time cash indices like SPX?

For the TPO chart, refer to the information here: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Basic Instructions It is not possible to have Real Time data and not pay for it. You do have access to our Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which has the data from the CME Group streaming, but delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. For all practical purposes the system acts like it is real-time data, so you can work with it to get used to the system and not have to pay for the extra data. Refer to the information on this here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed With regards to the Real-Time data, start by referring to the information here: Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included? If you want to get your data through us (Sierra Chart), then you will need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the U.S. Equities and for the S&P Indices (for the $INX). So in the trial period I am not able to see how your TPO Profile chart. Inorder to have access I must have Package 5 and the package 5 is not available for the trial period. How do I overcome this so that I can view the functions availabe in your TPO profile chart?

Yes, I did follow the instruction. However, it is asking me to pay $36. " Your Services Balance of 0.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 36 USD. You can view the Recurring Services. To activate and deactivate services on your account, go to the Services Activation page. (Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2020-10-01). You will need to make a payment of 36 USD." |

That message is for when your current subscription ends (note the date of 2020-10-01). You have selected Package 5 to be the package you want to be on when your trial ends. During the trial, you have the full access to the capabilities of the system, or the equivalent of Package 5. If you have gone through the instructions we pointed you to and you are still not able to get a TPO profile to display properly, then let us know in this thread and we will investigate from there.
