We have activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for 150 symbols for you.

We need for you to fill out and sign the Market Data Agreement (with US Equities Agreement). You can access this agreement at the following link. Just click on the link for it and fill out the form. Let us know when this is done. Make sure you fill out the one that is labeled as we wrote it above, it needs to be the one with the US Equities Agreement, but not the one for professionals.

We have not heard back that there is any issue regarding your agreement, but we still do not have the updated information to allow us to activate the U.S. Equities exchange.

We apologize up front for asking this, but did you fill out the correct agreement, and did you fill out all the pages of it? You should have had a few pages, one of which will be asking for your job title and employer. All of this information has to be filled in or the exchanges will consider you a Professional, so instead of paying $10.50 per month, it would be $99.00 per month.

Please try filling out the form again. It is the Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement). Select the link below, then select the link with that name in the webpage section that it takes you to and fill it out again for us:

Thanks for asking me to fill the form out again. The first form was short of much of the information on the second form, They both say CME Non Professional Certification. However I have completed the form on the link above. The first form was only 3 pages. Now I can have my data.

That was the correct form this time. We have activated the U.S. Equities exchange for you, so you should now be getting the U.S. Equities in Real-Time. If you are not, then exit from Sierra Chart and start the program again to ensure that it gets the updated information from our servers.
