Thanks for your patient in explaining to me what I needed to know. My understanding is now that I have terminated the External Support and now using Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed I have incurred an added $25.00/M charge for realtime streaming data plus a $10.50/M fee. The SC Data is prorated buy the fee is billed on a monthly basis regardless of when you subscribe. These charges is over and above the $97.20 quarterly subscription I have been making. Did I get this right? I have just submitted two payments totaling $107.00 to cover the service charge for three months. If my understanding is other than stated kindly inform me. Winston Peak |

Yes, you have the information correct. But you are not setup yet to receive the data. In order to get the data you will need to follow the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
