We have not heard back that there is any issue regarding your agreement, but we still do not have the updated information to allow us to activate the U.S. Equities exchange. We apologize up front for asking this, but did you fill out the correct agreement, and did you fill out all the pages of it? You should have had a few pages, one of which will be asking for your job title and employer. All of this information has to be filled in or the exchanges will consider you a Professional, so instead of paying $10.50 per month, it would be $99.00 per month.
