Live bracket limit order gets filled as market order on LIVE but SIM works fine

hi, when switch to live from SIM the limit bracket order gets filled as live order as a result lost money just now. For some reason SIM limit bracket order works fine but when change to LIVE limit bracket order gets filled as Market order although the Target on DOM is same as SIM. Please send email address where i can send over video and screenshots. 1 video and 2 screenshots files attached,Thank you.
