Drawn Volume by Price Study no longer adjustable after drawn - Sierra Chart Crashes

i stated in post #17,the chrashing is gone,but if i move the profile its not updating,if i have 2 profiles drawn only 1 is selectable,so its the same as in the chartbook i provided,only the chrashing is gone |

We cannot reproduce any problem on the current version of Sierra Chart. All manually drawn Volume Profiles can be modified. There simply is no problem with this. You are also using a Study Collection in the tool configuration for the Draw Volume Profile tool: Chart Drawing Tools: Drawing Tool Configuration We recommend re-saving that study collection so it is up-to-date. If you still have any issue, remove all instances of manually drawn Volume by Price studies in the Analysis >> Studies list. After that we would not expect an issue.

Hello, since today i have again an issue with the draw volume profile tool, in my chart shortcut menue i have config 1,2,3 etc. for different study collections of the draw volume profile tool,until today if i drew a profile i could change into a different study collection with config 1,2,3 etc. back and forth. Since today this is not working anymore, instead it changes on every config number to the same profile wich is not one of my study collections and i cant go back to the original drawn profile with config 1. If i select instead draw volume profile in the shortcut menue i can change the settings with TC1,TC2 etc. wich works for the next profile drawn aftwer the change. In tool configs if i change the first config number to adifferent profile it works,but i cant select a different setting from the shortcut menue to change again. Any idea what could cause that,because yesterday everything worked fine? TY |

Thank you John, now it works again. One quick question over time the start of the plattform if i click the sierra icon untill it opens is getting slower (not the opening of chartbooks),when i started using sierra it was very quick now i have to wait a few seconds wich is not a big problem but perhaps you have an idea what could cause that?TY |

With regards to post #31: The main reason why there would be a slowness in the opening of the application would be a virus scanner checking the software to ensure that it does not have any viruses. See if you can add Sierrachart to a white list so it does not get checked. Otherwise, we do not see any slowdown ourselves, and we do not know what else would be occurring.
