Hello. I am using SC5 with Denali feed. I am trying to setup my DOM to trade ES. Why is my BID/ASK columns not filling? see attached. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-09-11 16:35:57

The exchange that you have active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed does not include Market Depth data. If you want the same access to symbols and the Market Depth Data, then you would need the exchange named Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. Note that you currently pay $3.25 for the exchange and this would change to $31.20 per month. Also, be aware that when you enable an exchange, you pay the full price for the rest of the month in which you activate it. So if you were to activate the Full CME Group with Market Depth, then you would pay $31.20 for the rest of September. And finally, be aware that exchange fees are not refundable. So we cannot refund the $3.25 you have already paid, nor can it be applied to the other exchange. These are the rules that have been set by the CME Group. If I switch to Full CME Group with Market Depth for non-pro, should I switch on the end of the month or the first of the next month?

If you are going to wait until next month, then you would need to deactivate the old exchange prior to the end of the month (you can do this at any time now, as you are only deactivating the renewal, you will have the data for the remainder of the month). Then, you will want to activate the new exchange on the FIRST of next month (October 1, 2020).
