I am noticing errors on US equities in terms of daily % change on quoteboard. As an example, SAM is showing up 4% today (wrong, its flat on day), CHGG is showing down 1.78% (wrong, its up 1.96%). I've read another post with another user having same issue - I followed those instructions (disconnecting and reconnecting to data feed, deleting all data and redownloading) - still not correct.

Haven't noticed this before. Is this a problem you are aware of?

We became aware of the underlying issue yesterday and we will be correcting the underlying daily price data after the close and over the weekend.

Noticing the same problem again today. Seems as if the settlement price from yesterday was not taken into account

I just don't see how this data has became so unreliable...

To add injury to the insult, Sierra's own tech doc insists on stating that their data is the standard and more accurate than other providers!

Come on Sierra, you are better than this.

If you reconnect to the data feed, this will resolve the issue:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

It is incorrect on one of the servers.

The underlying issue which led to the problem yesterday evening with not saving the prior closing prices has been resolved.

That is in relation to CME futures data only:

Stock data is completely different. That comes from Open Feed from Barchart which is just a raw data feed only and provides no settlement prices or high/low or volume values. And working with stock data is complicated because of special trades which also inject out of range values sometimes and is not always clear what should be filtered and what not. And then when Barchart makes a protocol change, which has happened a couple of times, there can be other temporary consequences of that.
