lately I think since the Nrs bars background coloring method to select by daily data even if i select by bar data it still shows by daily data only

User573063) There is some study in your main region that takes values close to zero or 1, or you have set some Subgraph drawstyle in the study settings set to display a bar instead of a numeric value. In the main region, you have to have studies that range in the same range of values as the y-axis of the chart. You must have other studies under the chart in other subregions. Remove all studies from that chart, confirm with the apply button and add the numbersbars study (footprint ) again and you will see that everything will be fine. If you add more studies, check its settings that they are in other regions. read about chart region and Independent scale: Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Chart Region |

Please find enclosed the chartbook from which I think I have removed all the studies that are not relevant to the problem. I'd like to emphasize that the chartbook had displayed data correctly before the problem happens. The problem occured when I selected a new symbol. Then, the different windows dowloaded data correctly, but the one for footprint didn't. It first displayed data very concentrated in the middle of the window so that they appeared like a horizontal line. Then, I tried to enlarge the display with the scale on the right side of the chartbook but nothing happened. I've re-read maybe 15 times the section called "Attaching a file (optional)" You require the chartbook, therefore I have to do the instructions in part 2. : If support asks you for a Chartbook file, the file extension for these types of files is cht. etc... I have clicked on "Add/Edit Attached Files", then the small window "Upload Files" opened. I then selected the right file of chartbook.cht where I have my enquiry and I clicked on the button "Upload". Then, the file appears in blue in the window and I select "Make Private" so that only the support team can see my chartbook. Up to there, there's no problem. But how do I make the link between this small window and the present post ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? |

The only problem is that your Scaling got all messed up. Just select Reset on the right-side scale and everything will get corrected.
