I've re-read maybe 15 times the section called "Attaching a file (optional)" You require the chartbook, therefore I have to do the instructions in part 2. : If support asks you for a Chartbook file, the file extension for these types of files is cht. etc... I have clicked on "Add/Edit Attached Files", then the small window "Upload Files" opened. I then selected the right file of chartbook.cht where I have my enquiry and I clicked on the button "Upload". Then, the file appears in blue in the window and I select "Make Private" so that only the support team can see my chartbook. Up to there, there's no problem. But how do I make the link between this small window and the present post ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? |
