Hello,

I plan on trading futures through your platform, however i am completely lost as to how to get this software charting setup like i want. I signed up for a 15 day trial, does this include a live data feed? i also filled out the forms and setup for a delayed data feed.

What i currently need help with is to open a live moving chart in real time or 10 minute delayed data to practice trading /ES futures. I trying to load the chart for /ES and /MES futures to practice trading on this platform however the chart is not moving it just a historical chart. how do i set this up with an active tradingdom that i can practice trading on a demo account?

Thank you

To begin with, refer to the information here for what Real-Time data is included with a Sierra Chart package:
Real-Time Data

You also have access to the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group. Refer to the information here, including the Setup Instructions:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

Then refer to the information here for how to open a chart for a specific symbol:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
