Data feed keeps disconnecting and data is delayed 1h10 mins instead of 10 mins

I have recently renewed Sierra Chart service for the next 3 months but all the charts keep disconnecting every 10 seconds or so. on top of this, data should be delayed by 10 mins but my data is delayed for 1h and 1 mins.

Keep in mind that the only data that is 10 minutes delayed is from the CME Group. If you are looking at a symbol from a different exchange, then that symbol may only update every hour or so. If it is a symbol that trades on the CME Group, then we would need to see your Message Log. Please follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
