I am running Sierra Chart from my laptop with Denali and I am getting the error below. Is there a limit on the connection? I have also sent the Message Log file. I am also have a concurrent connection from Sierra Chart with Interactive Brokers (using the Interactive Brokers data feed).

If you are only using Sierra Chart from one computer, then reconnect all instances of Sierra Chart:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Otherwise, only one computer is allowed unless you pay the exchange fees twice.

I had the desktop running Sierra Chart and using Interactive Brokers data feed. The 2nd computer was Sierra Chart and using Denali data fee. Are you saying that this scenario will not work even though there are 2 separate data fees?

Based upon what you are saying you are actually using the Denali data feed twice. So you do have to pay exchange fees twice through Sierra Chart which you are not.

So, the instance of Sierra Chart connecting to Interactive Brokers is also using Denali? The connection's Data/Trade Service is set to Interactive Brokers - see screenshot. It is not using SC Futures Order Routing/Data.

I understand the explanation provided. Can you please confirm if my desktop computer is using the Interactive Brokers data fee (see screenshot), is that considered one Denali connection?

We have already given you the relevant documentation.

If you are still asking, you really need to pay for another system which means paying for the exchange fee twice. You can do that from here:
