Ok I have switched to Sierra Chart Order Routing service with Denali and I am having same disconnect issues. Here is the log:

Therefore this is going to be due to your Internet connection. What is the time zone of the timestamps we see above?

You may also want to try a different server. Try using Server 1 as the Primary Server. Refer to step 11 here:

I am in EST. Ive changed this to server 1 as primary but it still disconnects.

A single line from the Message Log does not give us enough of a context. We need to have the last few minutes of the Message Log.

Make sure your connectivity is completely wired and not wireless. Do not use a wireless connection to the router.
