ICE USA data not working

Hi, I just activated ICE USA data but it's not updating. I closed and reopened SC. Also I stupidly realized after I activated that it's the 30th and I'm paying $115 for one day. Is it possible to cancel and I will re-activate on Monday for the new month?

We cannot do exchange fee refunds. This is your mistake. We are liable for full payment to the exchange. There are simply no exceptions to this. The exchange sets the rules.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
