Hi, I am subscribed to the Denali data feed, when I open a Premiums chart (ESU20-$INX from Find Symbol -> Available Symbols -> Premiums), it loads the data until 15 minutes prior to the current time and does not update beyond that. Why? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-07-27 17:49:10

I have SC Futures Order Routing/Data selected and Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds checked. What am I missing here?

I cannot seem to add S&P Indices data feed without adding the real-time data option, but why do I need to add another real-time feed when I already have Denali and only need CME? Please advise. |
