Hi Sierrachart Support Team

Sorry I'm really confused about what I have to do. Now Rithmic problem is explained (SierraChart no longer supports Rithmic's conurrent sessions) thanks a lot! In consequence of this, I would like now to buy data feed from Sierrachart.

But I'm really unsure what I have to activate, to buy and what not. Sorry, maybe the reason could be, English ist not my mothertongue.

I have bought/subcribed the advanced version of SierraChart.

What I'm using are the following future markets: (Futures data only, no other needed)
Eurex (real time data / Historical data only for Composite Volume Profile, only on a daily chart basis)
CME, NYMEX, COMEX, CBOT (real time data / Historical data only for Composite Volume Profile, only on a daily chart basis)
ICE (no real time data needed / Historical data only for Composite Volume Profile, only on a daily chart basis)

If you can help me, what I have now to subscribe / click exactly in my account management, I would very appreciate.

Thanks a lot for your support!

Regards,
Stephan

PS: I have read all the links and articles in support board.

You need to use both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for EUREX) and the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for CME Group Exchanges). Later in the year the Denali Exchange Data Feed will include EUREX directly out of Frankfurt.

First, follow the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You will need to activate the EUREX exchange only. Since you only need historical data from the ICE, you do not need to activate that exchange. Refer to the instructions here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions

Second, follow the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will need to determine which exchange(s) you need based on whether you need Market Depth or not. Note that you will need a trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. We recommend a trading account on the Sierra Chart order routing service. Refer to the instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Note that you will get a $10.00 credit to your account in any month in which you are paying for both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Also, be aware that you may get a free trial of the exchange data, but it will only last until the end of the month, and the same is true if you do not qualify for the free trial, which is that you will have to pay for the full month of data. Therefore, we recommend that you wait until August 1, 2020 to make the change to the new data so you do not spend extra money on the data feeds that you do not need to.
