I cannot find them under symbols. However, I am able to find Canadian Banker's Acceptance Futures Spreads? This is surprising as the volume is so low on BAX whereas Eurodollar futures spreads on CME and Euribor and Short Sterling on LIFFE are some of the world's heavily traded markets.

We have all of this data and we are setting up access to the spreads for Euribor and Short Sterling on LIFFE. Were you looking for the spreads or the outrights on LIFFE?

To access the spreads for Eurodollars refer to:

We only see calendar spreads and no butterflies for LIFFE Euribor and sterling spreads. Access to those are now set up.

Follow the instructions here to access them:

There is a new method for this. It is very easy. The image shows what to do.

Thanks for getting this up. I see the symbols now such as "_S_SP_IMU20_IMZ20.FUT_SPREAD.IFLL"

However, when I try to load a chart, intraday or historical, the screen is blank.

This is now resolved.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

The only other outstanding item is pre-setting the Price Display Format and Tick Size for these. We have done that for the LIFFE Euribor. But they may not be correct for other symbols. If not just let us know and we will look the correct settings up and pre-specify them. Or you can manually change them through Chart >> Chart Settings.
