charts keep changing candles of the past while settings are the same

I have a big issue, every some days my chart keeps changing candles from the past, for example:
take the weeks of January 2020, 15 days ago they are looking in a way, today they are totally different...
and I am sure I have kept the same settings since I have noticed this problem a lot of time.

I use Day Session Only Weekly Chart Bars and followed this article to set it properly: Chart Session Times: Day Session Only Weekly Chart Bars

First you are using Rithmic. We have discontinued support for Rithmic. Your service package provides no access to historical data from Sierra Chart services with Rithmic. So we cannot help with the data you are working with.

We will not be providing any further help with this is long as you are using Rithmic. For now use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service in a separate installation:
