Negative Services Balances Upcoming Change Effective July 25, 2020

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Effective July 25, 2020 any Sierra Chart account with a negative service balance of more than -20 USD, as the result of order fill fees when using the Sierra Chart order routing service, will have Sierra Chart features deactivated until payment.

We will be putting out a system notification message about this. There are too many users with negative balances.

However, you will still have the ability to access your trading account and make trades, flatten positions, view orders and positions and balances through the web-based trading panel:

We will make sure the web-based trading panel is active for all accounts using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service.

These fees are not pulled from AMP Futures? Everything else is correct?

I have the same question like post #2. I have a futures account through AMP. This message regarding negative balance pops up when I open the SC platform. Though, AMP futures bills me for the order routing service and the advanced service package monthly. How do I resolve this?
