Effective July 25, 2020 any Sierra Chart account with a negative service balance of more than -20 USD, as the result of order fill fees when using the Sierra Chart order routing service, will have Sierra Chart features deactivated until payment. We will be putting out a system notification message about this. There are too many users with negative balances.
