Key to connect Topstep Trader

Hello I trade Topstep trader and according to them I'm suppose To request a Key from Sierra to continue my setup, thank you

There is no key. Sierra Chart no longer supports Topstep trader. They use Rithmic. Well, https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions, I spoke with people at Top Step, and this was the answer (I wrote them as soon as I discovered the thread Im sharing here): "Hello, While you might be able to connect successfully to Rithmic through Sierra Charts, there are still some issues with the platform that the Sierra Chart team is actively working on. Once these issues have been solved, we will add Sierra Charts back to our supported platform list. That being said, you are free to attempt to use the Rithmic connection with Sierra Charts, but since they are not yet a fully supported platform, Topstep would be unable to address or offer compensation for any issues that occur when trading on the platform. Once the platform has been added to our list of supported platforms, you can expect to receive an email announcement about it, so keep an eye on your inbox! Top step trader should be now supported through the new Rithmic connection. Full documentation is here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions This depends upon whether Rithmic has listed the connect point though for that system. That means that I have to be sure that Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: Sierra Chart Software Instructions* "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes"? Then it doesnt matter if my "Current Selected Service" is different than "SC Data All Services", correct?Denali Exchange Data Feed Thank you |
