CQG Order Routing With Denali Data Feed

We have a new client who is set up with CQG order routing and live data from Denali. The client is reporting that when he loads a chart, all the historical data appears, but the charts do not update with new live data. I've attached a screenshot of the message log. The Data/Trade Service settings are set to the CQG Web API connection and "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is checked. Is there something else the client needs to do to access the live data from Denali?

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

After seeing the full log file, we were able to fix the problem. We had to fix some settings in the client's Denali subscription. Thanks for your assistance.

Hello can you give more infos about how you solve the problem. I am facing to the same issue
