I'm having a major issue with my bracket orders and I need this resolved or I will have to switch to another charting software. - The target Limit order is automatically cancelling out my stop Limit order when the market hits it in (LIVE) mode and NOT in Sim mode. Please send a link that I can prepay to have remote assistance performed. Best |

In regards to the first issue, we called the user, no cost, and what we determined is that when using CQG server controlled OCO orders, once one side of that order set fills the other side completely cancels even if the order quantities are different. So in the case where the Target order has a quantity of 1 and the stop order has a quantity of 2, when the target order fills the stop order fully cancels. Now recently we forced on the CQG server-side OC orders for safety reasons but we can see that they do not even function as expected. The solution is to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service where there will be management of OCO and bracket orders fully on the server and as expected. Also how does the feed work with your subscription? Do you supply it or do I need to pay externally and link it to sierra? You are not affected by this because you are already on the Sierra Chart order routing service. Which is going to even become better towards the end of the year with our own direct CME order routing bypassing TT altogether.
