upgrade to 2134 and bid & ask depth bar plotting issue

Hi I upgraded to version 2134 and now bid & ask bar only shows 1 level calculation : bid & ask depth bar sum draw 0 = no also trading dom column on chart now shows only 1 level of bid and ask, not 10 or so what it used to show. if I roll back, can not use software : gives message : not supported (connected to transact ) thanks gaurang (if I need to use paid support : how do I arrange this?)
