Hi,

I'm using the denali real time feed. Most of my charts are updating and for some reason some of my charts are not updating in real time and just stops updating. Attached is a screenshot.

I would delete and download data which makes it download to the latest time but then it doesn't continue to update real time data.

How do I fix/diagnose this? Thanks.

You are only signed up to receive Real-Time data for the CME Group. The symbols that you are stating are not up to date are on the Eurex and ICE Europe exchanges, which are properly delayed, as you are not paying for those exchanges.

If you want to receive Real-Time data for those exchanges, then you would need to enable the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in addition to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Note that if you do have both data feeds active, then you will receive a $12.00 USD credit to your account each month.

Thank you for explaining that. Would anything explain why it is not updating at all. I get why it would be delayed now but it's completely not updating. For example, I'm looking at my chart for the Eurex and ICE exchanges and it has not been updated for 3 hours.

In my Data/Trade Service Settings, I do have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" checked.

Thanks.

Yes that does make sense. Streaming delayed data is not provided for those exchanges. Periodic updating is supported. Refer to:
