Hi, I encountered a lot of missing candles in the Export of Sierra-Chart (Edit -> Export Bar Data to Text File).

I loaded a 1 Minute Chart of XBT/USD from Bitmex and found nearly 8000 missing 1 Minute Candles in the export (1 Year of Candle-Data). I then tried with an Export of the CL-Future again for 1 year and 1 Minute Candles with around 750 missing 1 Minute Candles. I did the counts and validation also with a software of mine (as I am a software developer) - thus the exact numbers.

I then did the export of the XBT/USD from Bitmex with another software and had not a single missing candle in their export.

I then searched your support board and found the tickets dealing with this - so I did a 'Edit -> Delete All Data And Download' like suggested in your other tickets. After doing the export again I still had the same effect of missing candles.

Are you aware of this issue yet? And do you plan to fix it?

There is nowhere, that we would have said this, in relation to this issue.

There definitively is not a problem at all. That is impossible.

There is nothing wrong.

How do you come to the conclusion there is missing with the export command you are using? We need a 100% precise explanation. You have provided absolutely none. Just give us one simple example. Just simply show us the chart with a particular candlestick which is supposedly not written to the file and then show us the file for that particular Date-Time.

There is not a problem.
