Chart has stopped updating

For some reason my US based charts have stopped updating, they are stuck at 17:45 on the 3rd of July. Also my alert manager has stopped producing alerts. I have re-booted the software on a number of occasions and it has not worked. Please could you advise? Many thanks. Chris


I am using NewWizardIntraday and NewWizardEOD charts which both tracks 6 main indicies. I'm new to this so I may be missing something, or may have done something wrong, but would appreciate your help in getting this back up and running please. Many thanks

Tell us one symbol which is not updating in real time.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
