I have sierra charts through infinityfutures. I just started using their charts(sierra charts)and everything was ok at first. when I opened the charts today, there was on time on the bottom of the charts. I can see the dividers below the charts and the scroll-back is working at the bottom. My broker has been unable to help and they have never seen this problem before. We tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the software. We went to advanced settings and the Hide Time Scale is not checked. Please let me know what to do to correct this problem. Thanks, Darell Rowe

I followed the instructions, but am not sure the screen shot went through. I'm not as computer literate as I would like, so let me know if it worked.

Since my original post, I have also noticed there is no price in the right hand column except for the current price. Also, the crosshair function is not working like it was. The small crosshair comes on, but when you click on to extend it nothing happens. Darell Rowe

What is the background color of the chart? Clearly this is a color setting problem.

When responding, post directly within this thread using the box at the bottom of the page. You indicated in another thread, that the background color is white. For organization, that thread was removed.

What you need to do is go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings. In the Colors and Widths for Chart Objects list , select Chart Text. Press the colored button and set the color to black. Press OK and OK.

The color of the Chart Values tool can be set through Global Settings >> Tool Settings>> Chart Values.
