I have sierra charts through infinityfutures. I just started using their charts(sierra charts)and everything was ok at first. when I opened the charts today, there was on time on the bottom of the charts. I can see the dividers below the charts and the scroll-back is working at the bottom. My broker has been unable to help and they have never seen this problem before. We tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the software. We went to advanced settings and the Hide Time Scale is not checked. Please let me know what to do to correct this problem.
