I downloaded the newest version 2128 this morning and when I logged back on, I only had 10 levels of market depth. I called AMP and was told that it was no longer available to retail traders. Is this true, and if not, how can I get the full depth again.

It looks like you are getting your data from CQG at this point, as your Denali Exchange Data Feed is no longer active.

We cannot answer any questions related to the CQG data, as we simply do not know the answers. Normally, we would tell you to call your broker and ask them, but you have already done that.

You can always get the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us again, which has 1400 levels of depth for the CME Group. Follow the instructions here:

And we recommend that you pay for this directly which you can on your Sierra Chart account. So that you are in full control of this and do not have it canceled by your broker for unknown reasons.
