Hello, I don't think I'm getting the real-time Denali feed or something... my data seems off and I don't see the 'M' next to the symbol at the top of my window. Thanks, James

Exit from Sierra Chart and then login using the Force Login option. Refer to the information here for how to do this:

That's not working... it's still signing me in without the M and the data is incorrect. I have version 2048, do I need to upgrade or something? Thanks.

Is this in a Sub-Instance or in the main instance of Sierra Chart?

You will not see the [M] indicator in a Sub-Instance.

It's in the main instance. And it's definitely the wrong feed, it looks like it's probably IB's feed. I'm seeing 1000+ and 2000+ lots come across Time and sales plus the DOM is off and no M.

Sorry, apparently we were seeing something incorrect.

At this point, the exchange that you had selected is no longer active. The exchanges are billed on a monthly basis and are not pro-rated, and it looks like you activated it on June 28, in which case you paid the full amount for the month of June just for those last couple of days.

It then tried to renew on July 1, but you did not have enough funds in your account. You need to have $10.40 USD in your account and then you can activate the exchange again. You can activate the exchange at the bottom of this page:

Actually, quick question.... I need accurate market depth info for Treasuries too in addition to the ES/CME. Does that mean I need to enable the CBOT exchange? Thanks.

You are also running an older version of Sierra Chart. You must update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

The version you are running is going to be locked out over the weekend.

Of course the answer to this is yes. If you are not sure, contact the exchange about their symbols and exchanges.
