Sorry, apparently we were seeing something incorrect. At this point, the exchange that you had selected is no longer active. The exchanges are billed on a monthly basis and are not pro-rated, and it looks like you activated it on June 28, in which case you paid the full amount for the month of June just for those last couple of days. It then tried to renew on July 1, but you did not have enough funds in your account. You need to have $10.40 USD in your account and then you can activate the exchange again.
