UURGENT - Delayed Pricing despite funded account

Hi - I am getting a notice in the Title Bar of my charts saying "Delayed" i.e prices delayed.... I funded my account fully last week, but after noticing this message I went to Account Control Panel where it said I needed to fund USD27..... not sure why. perhaps start of month? Can you advise what this fee is? - I paid USD 27, closed SC, and re--started... but it still says Delayed in Title Bar - please advise how to remedy. Thanks

And I am wiith Denali... I see another user has delays with Denali and fou suggested forced log in.... Should I do that also?

When clearing message log, I get a System Notification Message from Support as below. Please note that I have already accepted this .Cht from Ac121920.
