ISSUES WITH MY ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND SYMBOL

THE account numbers on the trade window is not the same as my personal account numbers and the symbol i want to trade it say that doesn´t have any Data (MESU20) MICRO S&P 500, I HAVE THIS ISSUES FOR 3 WEEKS AND I NEED THIS TO BE SOLVE SOON.

Make sure you are using the correct symbols by using this command to translate the symbols:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If you still have a problem with regards to data, we would need to see your Message Log.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

hola buen dia, he pagado por los datos la plataforma esta conectada, pero no me aparecen las graficas que tengo grabadas
que son micro SP500, ,micro rusell, micro NQ , no tengo nada de los setup
si me pueden colaborar en este tema se los gradezco

It is 1.25 USD per month. You will then have the market data within a few minutes. You may need to restart Sierra Chart.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
