Hi,

I am changing brokers to AMP.

Can you please advise what documentation I need to read to understand the steps to
- change data feeds, and
- to ensure that my current chartbooks, settings, etc are saved and can be used when trading via AMP

Anything else I need to be aware of when switching brokers?

Thanks in advance

1. We need to know what data feed you are changing to in order to guide you in the right direction.

2. The only thing you will need to do is select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service when you first open a chartbook after having changed services.

Re Data, do you mean CQG, or Denali for example?

Thanks
I am considering using the SC order routing service via Trading Technologies.
It is my understanding this is you preferred from a support perspective.... correct?
On assumption I go with TT, what steps are needed?

If you go with the SC Order Routing, then you just let AMP know that is your selection. When the set up of that is completed for your Sierra Chart account, an Account Support Ticket will be started for your Sierra Chart account.

Once that is done, then you will need to sign the Denali Data Feed agreements and then AMP will take care of the rest.

Detailed instructions are here:

Great.

So I can retain my current SC username and password?

Yes of course. In this case you pay for Sierra Chart directly and for the order routing fees.

Can you try connecting again now because we do see the trade account is assigned to your Sierra Chart account.

Select File >> Connect to Data Feed within Sierra Chart.

Well you do have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active on your Sierra Chart account. So we would expect the market data is coming from that data feed.
