Hi, currently I'm using the following - monthly payed through AMP: Sierra Chart Package 5 - 25$ CME Exchange data Bundle with market depth - 30$ Eurex with Market Depth - 20€ Rithmic data feed 20$ + 0.25$ per contract As you stopped supporting Rithmic it is not so funny anymore and since June I also do not get historical data anymore ... so you more or less force people to change to your services. If I understand it right, for whatever reason I do have to pay for two data feeds (Denali and TT) if I use CME and Eurex instead of only one Rithmic as now. Means: Sierra Chart Package 5 - 25$ CME Exchange data Bundle with market depth 30 or 31,20$ Eurex with Market Depth 21$ Denali Exchange Data Feed 20$ Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed 25$ (or maybe reduced 15$) + 0.10$ per contract Means min. 15-25$ more per month. Am I right so far? What can be paied through AMP and what do I have to pay here? Do I have to start changing setup at AMP? By the way: Paying everything throug AMP is very compfortable, especially because I'm from Europe and so I don't need to setup another account and have to fund it. So it would be very nice if everything could still be payed through AMP. Thanks in advance. |

As you stopped supporting Rithmic it is not so funny anymore and since June I also do not get historical data anymore . We should have brought full termination to Rithmic long ago. And you are right there are historical data problems when using Rithmic. What we recommend is that for users who require EUREX that you use CQG for now: CQG Trading Platform Service And then later when we offer on our Denali data feed EUREX, then you will have an exceptionally high quality EUREX feed with no market depth limits. Then you can switch to the Denali data feed and our Sierra Chart order routing service at that time. Thank's for your detailed reply. Truly said the described alternative "Sierra Chart order routing service" is a bit too complicated and expensive. So it's great, that you will add EUREX to your Denali feed. For sure I will go with your recommendation and I'm looking forward to your offer with Eurex in Denali feed. Keep up your good work! |

Yes the upcoming EUREX data is going to be really great. It will be full market depth. Beyond 20 levels of depth.

What we recommend is that for users who require EUREX that you use CQG for now: CQG Trading Platform Service If yes, when is the integration of Eurex Data completed? Will than the additional fee of $25 for Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed or $46 complete for Eurex unnecessary? thanks regards |

No we are not recommending CQG for EUREX trading if you are with AMP. That means from the pricing point of view nothing will change. Eurex wills costs me $45 vs $20 with CQG. I have to pay it directly to SierraCharts. correct? regards |
