As you stopped supporting Rithmic it is not so funny anymore and since June I also do not get historical data anymore . We should have brought full termination to Rithmic long ago. And you are right there are historical data problems when using Rithmic. What we recommend is that for users who require EUREX that you use CQG for now: CQG Trading Platform Service And then later when we offer on our Denali data feed EUREX, then you will have an exceptionally high quality EUREX feed with no market depth limits. Then you can switch to the Denali data feed and our Sierra Chart order routing service at that time.
