I am having a "not allowed to use this..." message in my message log. Also, the chartbook which the indicator is in is not downloading historical date. The other chartbooks are not doing this.

Regarding the custom study access issue, you need to contact the developer about that. We cannot help with that. Make sure the symbols of the charts are translated to the correct symbols for the service being used.
