I'm getting only 1 bar of data on daily and higher time frames, across multiple symbols and exchanges. This has been an issue for a few days. I'm running version 2115 64-bit and have tried, "Delete All Data And Download", "Download Data - Historical Chart" and "Download Data For All Historical Charts". Please advise. Thanks in advance. P.S. I saw another thread indicating this was resolved. Seems from what I tried at least, this is not the case.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We have discontinued support for Rithmic and you cannot access the historical daily data any longer with your Sierra Chart account with AMP.


We recommend changing to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service :
